DashView HD™
Graphical software that enables Call Centre managers, to view live data on LCD and plasma screens.

Wallboards
AgentView wallboard displays are available in 2 & 3 line, 32-character tri-colour display panels. Threshold violations are shown by changing colours, flashing information or a message for a pre-determined period.

PowerUser™
Is a standalone Windows application designed for the users who wish to access and analyse real-time and historic information via instrumentation gauges.

The latest version of AgentView provides several performance and feature enhancements including; 

• New browser-based, central administrative capability.
• 24/7 access to the configuration module of the AgentView system, via the internet, making it much easier and faster to make changes from the desktop, without having to physically access the server.
• Modular enhancements have also been made, most dramatically, to the new DashView High Definition or "HD", enabling innovative graphics, backgrounds and new gauges to be easily inserted via Wizard-based help screens.
• Easier to install and maintain DashView, which will work with any standard plasma or LCD TV or TFT flat panel display.
