AgentView Server
The AgentView system continually checks the system database for any threshold violations, or agent messages and updates this data via the AgentView Server. This updated data can then be viewed on a wall display and/or on the AgentLink client PC.
AgentLink® displays real-time information direct to your agent’s desktop, and enables them to send and receive messages to and from other agents and supervisors.
