For new visual communication solution deployments that include the creation of custom content, a creative engagement will be held concurrent with the Installation phase. This engagement includes:

- A design engagement whereby Symon Dacon’s designers create an initial vision of the overall look and feel of the content based upon your aesthetic, style guide and messaging requirements.
- A series of interactive sessions to review and refine the vision in order to incorporate the customer’s unique style elements and deployment requirements.
- A committed number of hours of content development work by Symon Dacon’s graphic designers for the purpose of bringing the collaborative vision to reality.
For existing visual communications solutions that require a content refresh, Symon Dacon offers a design service to update the look and feel of the content on both a one off and subscription bases.
