At Symon Dacon sales representative will work with their customers to identify the solution(s) that best meets their needs. Once a solution is chosen, A Symon Dacon sales representative will, in the majority of cases, schedule a site survey by a Symon Dacon Consultant to understand and document the following:
- The physical-plant (e.g. structural requirements, aesthetic requirements, locations, etc)
- Resource requirements (e.g. key personnel, schedules, approvals, etc)
- Infrastructure requirements (e.g. electrical connections, network drops, mounts, stands, etc)
- Logistical requirements (e.g. how, where and when to deliver equipment)
Once the survey is complete, the Symon Dacon sales representative will prepare a price quote for the customer鈥檚 approval. Once an approval is received, typically in the form of a purchase order, the installation process will be scheduled.
