Dan has over a decade of experience in visual communication solutions and wide knowledge of telecommunications and digital signage industries. On joining Symon in 2003 Dan was focused on business development within Benelux and Nordic regions. During this time Dan forged partnerships with high profile partners such as KPN, TeliaSonera and NextiraOne, and developed digital signage solutions for companies such as T-Mobile, Ernest & Young and Unisys before becoming Director of Sales.
Dan is a business graduate of Lord Williams Oxford, UK. Dan and his family reside in Buckinghamshire, UK.

Julie joined Symon in March 2008, following the Symon acquisition of Dacon plc. Julie had been the Head of Finance at Dacon plc since 1998. Before joining Dacon, she spent 5 yeas in the audit department of Ernst & Young. Whilst at Ernst & Young, Julie provided audit services to a wide range of industries including transport, brewing, IT and FMCGs. She qualified during this time as a Chartered Accountant of England & Wales.
Julie holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in European Business Studies from Middlesex University, London, England and Reutlingen Fachhochschule, Germany. She is married with a family and is currently serving as a Parent Governor at Cardinal Newman Catholic School in Luton.

Responsible for meeting the growing client demands for creative content, Matt is adept at consulting with the client and tailoring his team’s work to meet the specifications of each new brief. He also enjoys the challenge of seeking new and innovative ways of targeting a wide and varied client base at the same time as supporting the companies regional managers to capialise on day to day opportunities.
Outside of work Matt indulges his passion for art by visiting a range of art galleries as well as increasing his own portfolio. He holds a BSC in Multimedia, Design and Technology from the University of Kent.

His current Job role involves managing the entire telephony and IT infrastructure for the EMEA Headquarters as well as the EMEA Support Desk.
Richard is actively involved in the ‘Pepper Foundation’ a UK based charity that provides home care to sick children, where he has been a volunteer for a number of years. He also provides firework displays for a number of UK events in his spare time.
